Sorry to say this is some BS. Shipping from china on a BOAT! Nothing they are getting is meeting their specs? Who's responsible for quality control at FM that person needs to be replaced if what they are saying is true but again them saying this doesn't make it true I feel like they are buying time just a sloppy execution from a company that was already making the product for couple of years. This is a revision not a completely new product....
My order shipped 10 days after confirmation.
Had a few e-mail from OW staffs, "will ship 3-4 days"(twice they replied after asking about my order).
They shouldn't have mentioned "3-4 days" to me, because they just made liars out of themselves twice.
Atleast they replied giving me hope.
Received 12 days later in Hawaii.
Details not worth mentioning because it won't change anything.
They are slow in getting it out the door. Fed-Ex shipping helps.
@piercingpierce I was @ HQ yesterday and they said the black Friday sale was a huge success but sounded like it brought some growing pains as well. Keep the faith you are about to have the improved hoverboarding childhood of your dreams given back to you!
That turnaround time has really dropped in the last year. I ordered late Oct. and got mine in mid December. The wait was excruciating for me. I would check my email many times a day to see if it had been shipped. Glad to see they've got the shipping time down.
