This is an absolutely awesome product! I completely understand that we ALL want it now!! But I would rather leave FM be and let them make a quality attention to detail to each and everyones board. I want a quality product and am willing to be patient, ordered a 2nd board yesterday "take your time guys and do it right 😃"
Yeah, really. I'm sorry you're having an uncommonly bad experience, but half of my new post notifications are you reposting the same complaint. And you're complaining in threads where most of the people reading them have had great experiences and are really loving their OneWheels.
It's been raining since I got mine (just 5 days). It's hardly like the videos of the beach in Florida or the Santa Monica boardwalk, but I've been riding in parkades, a factory, out in the rain, the basement - wherever I can. I put my 12 and 14 year-old daughters on it as soon as I got it home, and they picked it up instantly. Now my wife is saying I should get 2 more.
I haven't tried the dog with it yet, but might give it a go tomorrow, depending on the rain.
Well I had UPS date of 1 day shipping since I am close to their factory. Of course it didn't happen. Took 3 days. Messed up part UPS kept showing it was out for delivery and then change it to delay (no further info).
In any case, about FM's shipping. I agree that they should change estimated shipping times as they change. Being a small company, I get they don't control their supply chain so things change from what they were told would happen. However, I think they should update everyone.
That being said, it does look like they have moved back to the 6-8 week delivery based on what others have said and my contact with them.
