To 180 do you use your core muscles to 180?
Like the question says do you use core or hips to complete the 180 I'm only getting 90 degrees at best
I find it's easiest to completely stop then ride switch really slow, rotate your upper body 90 Degrees, and swing your lower body the full 180 and try to Land front foot heavy so you continue going forward. I just learned them frontside and backside about 5 minutes ago haha
@tony420121 Upper body and core/hips. If you can find some slick surface or painted cement flooring to get some good practice on, you will get the feeling down and be able to do it on almost any surface without too much difficulty.
