Lifetime mileage no longer accurate?

Did you see what would happen if you deleted the App from the phone and then reinstalled it??

Awesome!! Programs can be strange like that. Usually a delete and re-download does the trick.

I get the same problem it will say I have like 16 miles at first and I have 400+ is what it said on the app before but it also says the same thing on the OWheelBuddy app so maybe a board problem after a bit it will say like 300 miles but never up to what it actually is...

@COKids the same thing is happening to my plus it says 2 miles but i rode long than that

My app updated on its own and showed this mileage.

I have 6 mi on my new + but it keeps switching back to 1 mi in the app.

I have the same issue- lifetime mileage suddenly decreased and remains the same no matter how long my trips are.
