If I can learn how, can the OW+ be ridden up a curb? Climb or hop or etc? Thanks
This is what you are looking for:
I would also love to learn how to pop over curbs like he does, that would open up a lot of options!
Paging @jeffmccosker !
@8bit what up! Parking blocks are do-able because you can leverage the nose over the other side. Curbs on the other hand are a whole other story. I know @ashewheeler installed a handle on his fender that allows him to hop up curbs.
@FCH it can be done. You need some speed and right when the tire hits the curb you need to almost jump so the tire makes the board bounce upwards and with the forward momentum from your speed the board should make it over the curb. Obviously this doesn't work for higher curbs so experiment around with different heights to learn your limits.
That makes a lot of sense Jeff. Can you describe the motion you're doing to pop over like that?
I think think only way to pop a sidewalk curb would be to hook your foot under the back and lift it over, but that's probably unreasonable haha.

Hey Jeff, I just had a thought: What if you were to try this in Elevated Mode? Since the board is trying to keep the deck in an upward angle in this mode, wouldn't it continue to accelerate when you hit the curb and leveled it?
It might be worth a try, and I damn sure ain't gonna be the one to do it!
