A word on customer service.
I've read a lot horror stories on the forum about FM's customer service. I had a problem with my plus this week and Mary from customer service had a Fed EX pick scheduled for me within 24hrs. Bummed about my board, but the response from the company was on point.
Update. Repair time was 16 days. This includes shipping from California to Tennessee. Not too shabby considering the distance of shipping both ways.
