My grass quarter pipe
-
This is a little spot in my neighborhood that I love to ride and basically use as a quarter pipe. It's only about four feet on the high side, but there's a small rise on the other end of maybe a foot that makes it easy to keep your momentum going. Oh and my first video with my new GoPro which is a ton of fun.

Nice. I've got something a bit steeper and bumpier I like to ride up and turnaround in my yard. Then I've got grass trails through prairie that are a blast. Lately I've just been enjoying carving pavement more than anything...preferable pavement with humps and bumps to carve over and around.

Get a GoPro man, it's pretty fun I gotta say.

@veryous I need to get a mount that will work with my gopro like yours!
-
@j-glide I just got the jaws gopro mount and took off the neck, mounted the camera right to the clamp. Seemed to work better off road that way.

Nice vid man! Riding grass is so fun.

I found another spot by my house, this one with higher banks, steeper and much more space to use. I filmed one in 4k 15 frames per second and one at 1080p 60 frames per second. Maybe I've been staring at it too long, but not sure which I like better.

Does anyone else scout out riding spots while driving around? I seem to find myself checking every grass lot, park or lawn for fresh cut hills. Reminds me of the days when we would drive the coast looking for the good breaks.

@Whirly1 LOL yeah. I've been skating my whole life and it's a habit to look for spots. I even count stairs when I walk down them

@veryous slappy up that curb and ride the ledge before you drop in ;)
