One Wheel Fender Availability

Any word on when the fender will be available for purchase. Since its announcement, no further information has been provided that I know of. In addition, it would be nice if they were to offer them on new purchases of the OneWheel.

They should be rolling out with them Mid to late September

What's gonna suck is when the new boards come out, I imagine they'll cost the same as we paid for our fenderless boards. But to get a fender, we'll have to pay more :/

I think that those who has bought the Onewheel before a certain date should get the fender for free

Perhaps, but I was sent this:
"...the fender will not come with your board and will need to be ordered seperatly. The fender is still in production and we are aiming for a mid September release."
Using the phrase "need to be ordered separately" makes me think they will make us pay :/

The fender will likely be optional for new board purchases.
New buyers will likely have the option to buy with a fender at an increased price over just buying the board alone.
FM has delivered a great product and I'm sure the fender will please those who opt in. Right now I rather enjoy rolling naked.

You mean $85 plus another $15 for (US) shipping, even if you have a board on order.
FYI, for those looking, to order the fender add a new board to your cart from the home page, then add the fender option, then remove the board from your cart.
