I did a carbon fiber wrap and installed 4 lil screws to keep the sensor pad from sliding on hot days. Also got the fender installed and lil carbon fiber detail.

Great Job ricoburgo, that looks awesome! Which wrap did you use? any chance of you doing a little mini-tutorial?
-
I second the mini-tutorial, especially when it comes to the screws. What size are they? how did you install them? Your board looks sick man, great job!

3M Controltac Vinyl Wrap in Blue Digital Camo. I wrapped the board and the fender. The board in easy as pie to wrap, but the whole fender takes a lot of time with its contours. If you decide to wrap the fender, I suggest wrapping the middle of the fender instead of the whole thing if you don't have experience with wrapping quite yet, or order extra to ensure you learn how to go around contours. Once you get the technique down, it's a lot of fun in my opinion. There tons of options and it's a relatively inexpensive way to alter the appearance.

These are the good screws to hold down the sensor grip tape.
Got them at home depot but any hardware will have the same size, just make sure it is stainless steel*first pre-drill with a small drill bit.
-
I will be wrapping another board soon. I will take step by step pics!

@ricoburgos make a video instead!

Ok, will do

As I patiently (not really) wait for mine to arrive...I already began toying with color schemes I'm gunna make mine... can't decide red/black top or black/red top. Plan on wrapping the board as others have with matte 3M tape, and or properly spray paint the fender... Decisions! Decisions!

@braswell loving the red fender look but both are hot.

Red fender for sure!

Both are awesome! Hard choice. Just one advice. The fender will scratch very easy the first time the board flips over! For that reason leaving the fender black would be better. because if scratches it won't look so bad as the red would. @braswell

Love the red. Spray it and put a clear bra layer on top for the scratches. This rendering is making me consider the fender again...
-
@ricoburgos Yeah I agree on scratches but all and all it just adds more personality :) I'll be adding stickers along the way as well
-
@rainynite by bra layer do you mean something like this? http://www.amazon.com/3M-90000-Paint-Defender-Spray/dp/B00BSKYM82/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top?ie=UTF8

@braswell . Hahaha. true.
