Anyone have an Evolve GT A/T or Fiik Big Daddy in Their Collection?
-
I'm thinking of maybe adding another board to my collection in addition to my OW. Love the OW but the g/f wants something to ride with me so I thought about diversifying. Anyone have experience with the Evolve GT All Terrain or the Fiik Big Daddy boards? I live in a small town so I need an offroad board that can handle dirt or gravel.

@faskev I sent you a PM. Have an Evolve Carbon AT available.

Just sold my Evolve Carbon GT AT/Street, just to say that it's a great board, but I didn't rided it enough, spending too much time on the OW...

I had a Bamboo GT All Terrain and I sold it recently. The OW is much more comfortable and I have much more fun on it. The only problem with the OW is its speed. I think it's a bit slow. The Bamboo was very fast and I could ride on the street with cars.

Good idea on the diversification...get a Onewheel+

@gustesta The OW can ride in the street with cars too bro. https://www.instagram.com/p/BNt9aUNAltO/?taken-by=slydogstroh
Full street skate videos to come!

@slydogstroh Nice! How heavy are you? Have you ever nose dove? When I push it to the limit I'm always afraid of that. I had a very bad fall once!
-
@gustesta I've had plenty of falls! Just had my board since September 2015 and have logged a LOT of miles (almost 3000 now). It took me a good 4 or 5 months to feel comfortable riding my board in the street but now I do it daily on my commute and for fun. I'm 150lbs.

If I were to give a tip, it would be to not forget your back foot!! I can now feel when the motor is being pushed too hard and use my back foot to keep it level and continue riding.
-
@slydogstroh I see! I'm a little heavy (210). That makes the board slower... and sometimes the balance isn't as good!
-
@faskev have you looked at the Eglide? Incredible build quality.

@slydogstroh We would have fun riding together in traffic, lol. Honestly i would trust your traffic over my downtown Orlando traffic. Good back foot tip by the way, so true.
