Onewheel+ at speed: a word of caution.
For the next ride😉👍
it is not easy to film when it runs
but the photos do not mind

@Aaron-Broward-FL Douche Patrol!!!!
@tony-at-83 are you on a plus or a v1? and if you can get a video that clearly shows beyond a doubt that you are going 27MPH I will eat my words and ship you a case of beer. Trust me I want to be proven wrong but I have said it before that I don't see how it is possible to hit a speed like 27MPH. I am 24 years old and am in relatively good shape. I surf, skate, snowboard, wakeboard etc and have for my whole life so my balance is very good I would say but the most I can do on my board is 23 MPH and I thought I was about to die. I have tried pushing past that and I don't think it is possible. My board just shuts down. My speeds were verified with a radar as well.
Passa a italiano
I'm 33 years, I'm an Italian living in France in le Havre.
I bought the OW v1 for seven day and practical kitesurfing few years.
as I said before it is not easy to shoot when I drive and I have no radar.
the photos are captures the screen of my iPhone 6+.
no makeup, and as soon as I get back from the fall I try again the record😉

Cool!...It's only a matter of time before people will hit the 35mph mark or maybe even unlock the 45mph "dellirium" level!:):)....
please keep trying guys!! and share vids!;);)
Thank you so much
for the moment I heal wounds
twist of the wrist after the crash
then try again 😉👍

@ahxe45 Can I view your 23 mph run?
@dcosmos I do not know I'm here (white point)
The nickname is tonyat83
@dcosmos I don't have a video showing the radar but I would say general consensus in the community is that 22-23 mph is the most that people can genuinely achieve.
tell me if you can
Like I said though not saying people are lying but in the year and a half I have been reading/been on this forum no one that claims those speeds has produced a video
@ahxe45 I've been riding a year with two boards, 2000 miles, and found it impossible to go much past 18mph. Yet everyone and their mother claims they've gone 23+ yet can't produce proof. I simply would like someone to back up their boast with some irrefutable video evidence. Fabuz's death ride is the only convincing clip I've seen of serious 20+ speed (with frightening launch).
what is the application OW
to detect the distance and speed
where is the problem
I not often go out with camera and radar😂😂😂😂
@tony-at-83 Looked for you at the white dot but couldn't find you. Radar near my house agrees with the official app speed shown on my phone. I can't explain people's screenshots. I'll continue to look forward to some screaming 25mph OneWheeler video.

I think the best way is to use the app Vidometer which records video whilst overlaying gps speed. The guy who made boosted board speed hack used it to verify 25mph

buy a boosted board!:) (go downhill & just to be safe, instruct your family to post the vids on the forum)
try to embrace to safety functions of the onewheel and try to think of them not as levels to be unlocked but as safety nets made by the creators who were thinking of ways NOT to KIll you and keep you "CARVING"....(not racing)!?;);););)

pushback is not a brake...it is a balancing mechanism...
trying to break the speed record on 1 wheel, will get you hurt...
do your thing and share the vids ;)
