A word on customer service.

  • I've read a lot horror stories on the forum about FM's customer service. I had a problem with my plus this week and Mary from customer service had a Fed EX pick scheduled for me within 24hrs. Bummed about my board, but the response from the company was on point.

  • Update. Repair time was 16 days. This includes shipping from California to Tennessee. Not too shabby considering the distance of shipping both ways.
