My Vega tire is a little too grippy.
So I've only put about 40 miles on my XR so far and my only real complaint is how the tire (original vega tire) holds on to every little thing it rolls over and promptly dumps it on my footpads or wedges it between the wheel and the battery pack which has even damaged the gasket. Is this a problem anyone else has had? If so, does it lessen over time?
Thank you in advance

Lessens over time... but this is why a lot of people add a fender.
I prefer the look of the "naked wheel" but if it's damp/wet riding, I add my fender.

@Mechaboard It definitely lessens over time. I have over 100 miles on mine, and finally it quit dumping so much. I bought Sidewinder split fenders and love them. At first I was disappointed because they only cut down the debris on one side. But now, they are more than enough protection. The surface of Vega is very tacky, but keep riding and it will rough up enough to quit grabbing everything.
@skyman88 Awesome! Thank you!
@wheelrich great. I'll take a look at that fender, thanks
