What happens when you cancel an order.
Firstly you receive the automated response saying
“Thanks for emailing Future Motion. A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response as soon as possible.
Due to the large success of Onewheel Pint, we been receiving a larger than usual amount of inquiries, we will answer yours as soon as possible.
Thanks for your support and apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.”
And then you wait.
So far nearly 13 hours, I shall update the thread.

@Mark-Vlogs Hey bud to answer your question, if I were you I would simply call them. I called them about a month ago to cancel my Pint order (so I could order an XR instead) and they asked for my Pint order number. I gave it to them and they canceled it in seconds right there on the phone. Within a couple of days the 1K was back on my card. You might have to hold a few minutes but it's worth it to know it's been handled by someone.

I hate to see you not get a onewheel Mark! I hope that you get an XR or at least get to try one sometime! You'll be hooked like I am...
@Panglossian Once everything is sorted out I shall place another order, I hate spending all that money plus delivery charges and not to receive anything. Looking forward to FM getting it all working and then I shall try again. Thank you.
@BrentNice Great, that’s a good idea, I guess a few hours and someone should be in the office.
So, after 24 hours of not hearing anything I did phone, they asked why I wanted to cancel and I said it was just the delay in shipping. I told them we would be friends again in the future.

@Franko Hi Franko, they said they understood and promptly cancelled it, I got an email confirmation as soon as I had hung up.
