Board died with 49% Battery- WT%
-
Left the house with 70% battery charge. Its about 50 degrees out. Rode for a few miles with some hills. Noticed the 50% warning level. I live on a hill, so last bit of the ride was up a hill. Got a few push back warnings which I haven't felt in a long time. Went very gingerly up the hill. Turned on to a flat road at the top of the hill got off the board, battery said 49%. Got off to check out battery. When to step on board and it was dead. Said to juice up board.
I've got about 800 miles on the board and have felt really confident lately.
This sinks my confidence (i.e., don't want this to die while I'm cruising next to cars).
I've had it die at low %, which I get. But dying at 49% freaks me out.
Thoughts and suggestions are appreciated if you have any.

@jackiemoon
power board off and back on and ride carefully again until you get lower battery push UP Tilt. Then power cycle off and on again ride some more until you hopefully get closer to under 20%. Then let the board charge for 24-48 hours to balance the battery cells. My XR just did this today at close to 30% up hill. I had not been able to take if down to single digit % over the winter so the app and BMS need to sync back up with the true battery capacity .....

@LidPhones thanks for the advice. Think I'll take my next ride in the woods over dirt..... if I face plant.... at least it will be less painful than pavement... cheers all and thanks for the tips.

@jackiemoon I use the onewave app which is available on GitHub. It will talk to XR's not sure about pints and give individual cell voltages so you can confirm if it's a balance problem.
