@sidjtd it’s adjustae so you slide the legs to the point where it’s sturdy. No tipping.

Sometimes they’re finicky for awhile after a shutoff. Try keeping it inside in room temperature and storing it vertically battery side down for a day or so, and then flip it and store it battery side up. If you happen to have a dehumidifier in the house try putting it near it. The snow probably short-circuited something in the power plug and you may have water inside. Keep it unplugged for a couple of days until you’re sure it’s dried out. Then try again.

Aroma Aluminum Floor Stand Black... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MS6176O?ref=yo_pop_ma_share

Saw somebody post about this a while back so I had to try it. Works perfectly and for 17 bucks you can’t beat it. Just had to make a few adjustments to get the right angle and VOILA! Perfectly balanced, won’t tip over, and sturdy enough to support the weight. I’m a happy camper.!

Sorry to hear guys, but welcome to the club. This thing is like a motorcycle...it’s not “if” you go down; but “when”...I hope you figure out the cause to prevent it in the future. Good, informative, post!

@troyhenry I get it. You’re sensitive. Plus your pride is prob a little hurt too..and the pain meds may have kicked in. No need to name call...but I see you’ve only been here 22 days so you’re still trying to figure it all out. I apologize if I offended you, its just that it’s annoying to see the same posts repeated. It’s almost as if you have the manual in your hands but you seem too lazy to read it. My bad for assuming. Good news tho! You could spend your recovery time researching and reading past posts from people that have covered every topic you’re mentioning. You may learn a thing or two...Good luck with your recovery! ;)

    • RE: Major crash on my board!

@skyman88 lol. That’s literally the definition of pushback....that’s what it does....although if you are already maxing out the motor, how do you suppose it’s going to be able to accelerate past it’s limit in order to do that?

    • RE: Onewheel+ wobbles

@khayman I was gonna let this go but it’s obvious you’re a special case. Let’s just jump right into the psi question. The software is calibrated with the tire filled at factory levels. 20ish psi. That’s how the board (and your phone) estimate your speed...(board via RPMs / phone via GPS). If you know anything about physics you’ll know that the more surface area the tire contacts the road and the less dense (softer) it is...the greater the coefficient of friction is...meaning the harder it is to roll. Now knowing this...if FM says to inflate your Vega to 20ish psi....and you decide to inflate it to 58...don’t you think that’s a problem? The tire will spin faster than the motor is capable of properly reading it so your actual speeds and RPMs will Be out of sync...your motor will overheat because it’s trying to maintain your balance and slow the rotation...thereby voiding your warranty and probably killing you when you nosedive into a curb. You seem to be the argumentative type...that’s not even considering your balance wobbles issues...higher psi, less tire touching concrete...greater wobbles...why don’t you just follow the manufacturers recommendation or call them directly? There are years worth of recommendations on this forum, that with a little research, you could find your answers. Don’t be lazy...nor try to “reinvent the wheel”...hope that helps 🤔

    • RE: Taking battery to 0%

@cliff yes. I’ve done it. I had the BMS out of sync and that’s exactly what I had to do. Suspended between two chairs or between my knees, and run it till it stops. If it shuts off, you power it back on and run it again. Keep repeating until it no longer has any juice to even light the LEDs.
