@Prestonwest why do you doubt it?
Ordered are shipping
has anyone received tracking yet? People have been posting their status in shipping. I know they have one made per their instagram post.
@DreamTour dude I don’t doubt it! I’m still holding out on the pint but if it didn’t exist I would be in the market !
Slightly unrelated but i prefer the non wooden look of the pint compared to the XR.
x1000 . I'm certain a new flag ship one wheel is around the corner. The XR looks like it was put together by a high school shop class.
@geguia I don't quite follow. I am simply confirming my ship date as verified by the Dude Where is My Onewheel feature on the website. I try to keep chiming in b/c despite shipping date slips, FM has continued to confirm I am on the first shipment out, so once I get a "shipped" confirmation I will post same here, with the hopes it serves as some time of barometer for subsequent orders.
I wouldn't put much faith in the "ship date". There are components that may have not arrived at their facility for fabrication. The video above speaks to procurement issues. Not once did he say they are in fabrication. He just spoke of difficulties.
Just don't be surprised if we see another push back.
@DreamTour i don't buy they're in fabrication now. Hope I'm wrong!
Just think a few months we'll all forget about these delays and talk about how swirly and unstable but fun the Pint is!
@Vindigo75 we need photos of the packaging, materials, etc.
So far nothing. It’s strange.
I know they’re reading the forums. How about sharing a photos of one wheel pints ready for QC tests?
Anyone living in San Jose swing by their facility ?
I think part of the story we are missing is that they just opened a new facility to assemble the pints.
the company will open its own 60,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in San Jose.
https://www.bizjournals.com/sanjose/news/2019/03/28/onewheel-future-motion-manufacturing-n-san-jose.html Perhaps the delay was setting up their facility.
