RE: More onewheel Xr bluetooth issues
Has FM been able to really resolve/fix the bluetooth problem? I dont just want to send my board in to get back the same problem with another hardware..

RE: Firmware version of XR
@Mark-Vlogs If you do have bluetooth problem then what? My one wheel can;t keep connection to my phone....

RE: Do not ride at high speed!
Yeah, sending people to the hospital so the board doesn’t break makes perfect sense. I hope they fix this nose dive problem. It’s a problem as so many people know and why hasn’t it been fixed yet. Maybe another company can take this experience one more step and get rid of nose dives.

RE: First nosedive
@Maverik @bigjee i agree only if one is going for it. Like when i am wakeboarding and i am going for a 360 i expect i could eat shit. Well use to eat more shit. I have broken ribs twice now doing various tricks.

RE: Pint features for XR?
@stinkyface thanks. Can i backcharge my pain and loss of other activities? 😂

RE: First nosedive
I don’t trust my board at all. First nose dive was at 30 miles. Maybe got to comfortable... i was going up hill and no idea what happened and i was on the ground. Just scraped up but took a month to heal those big patches of missing skin. Might sell the board. Don’t want to eat shit again. The board should protect me not itself.

RE: Nosedive on flat path. Crash #3.
@sdaiberl when you state the one wheel “shuts down” does it turn off? And you would have to turn it back on by pushing the on button?

RE: Carveability on Gemini App
Oh yeah loose and less pressure needed to push down...i found that out after my fall and that was not how i wanted to learn!

RE: Uphill Nosedive Problem
@jackiemoon i agree carving was fun, but trying to go faster wasn’t fun. I was carving at an average of 7 mph. When i started goin up hills i was hitting 12mph so in the carve mode i worried i would get push back with the top speed for the carve mode being slower, that’s the only reason i whiched to mission. I wish there was a mode to allow you to choose to hurt the board versus having the board protect itself versus you, the human!

RE: Thoughts on helmets
When i fell i think i hit my jaw as well. Wish it was protected as well as it hurts for the last week. But also do i really need a full helmet? I have seen ones that convert....

RE: Uphill Nosedive Problem
@kd6tav well not sure But i don’t plan on using mission for any general inclining now. I am not all about going fast. Top speed is 12 and that was on a gentle incline just before falling on a slightly steep hill at around 10mph

RE: Uphill Nosedive Problem
Earlier i tried a really really steep hill about a 40% climb. Had it in incline mode and had to start off perpendicular to the hill as if not i would roll backwards, i went up it and was fine very slow. Down was interesting as it was like dropping in to a half pipe until the one wheel engaged as it was rolling freely. Down use incline for going down.

RE: Uphill Nosedive Problem
Well i took my first fall. Yes i went over. I was going up a hill i have gone up several several times in carve mode. I just hit 30 miles so feeling good on the board i switched to mission as i was getting closer to the speed limit for carve and didn’t want to get push back and do i nose dive! Well within a mile on my first uphill i went down over the nose!!!

RE: How do you figure out foot positioning on a Onewheel?
@readysetawesome okay i am going to have to how this works. On a skate board, by far no expert, just entry but when i push it along a use my body and push the board left to right with my front foot. Well i thin’ that’s what’s gong on. On the one wheel to keep my feet on the pads the pressure is the same and i move my body left to right, point it where i want to go to move the board. Or lean it edge to edge for a slight adjustment left to right, similarly to a carving on a snow board. But on a snow board my weight is mostly front and my back goes right to left as the rudder. Okay you got me thinking..... i just jump on and go so never think about it

RE: How do you figure out foot positioning on a Onewheel?
@Stay_in_school just jump on and go. I have no idea which foot is dominate just know it feel better with one foot in front versus the other. And just go

RE: XR constantly losing app connection?
@gsparx i wonder what they did, just change it out for another modular or an upgrade....
