Hi there. The short part of my charger (that plugs into the transformer box) has a cut in it and sparked and needs to be replaced. Is there anywhere to buy just that part of the charger? Don't feel like paying $200 for an entire new charger. This is for a OneWheel+.

Hi All. I have been getting the "Hot or Cold" warning on my app recently and the board then reduces speed to a few miles an hour with heavy push back. The last few times this has happened, the exterior temperature has been around 45-55 degrees F. The last time, i looked at the diagnostics and they showed Battery temp: 57.2° // Controller Temp: 66.2° // and Motor Temp: 53.6°. Ambient temp was around 52-54°.

Is this normal behavior for the board/battery? Sure seems like a modest temperature to start acting up and showing a Cold Warning and shutting down. I store and charge the board in a room that is generally 60-70°.

I appreciate any thoughts.

Received my OW+ back already. Thanks for the quick turnaround guys! The new wheel seems to be working fine. These things are built TOUGH! Now i just need to buy a new fender.

Hey guys. My wife ran over my OW with her Toyota Sequoia. I'm trying to figure out what i need to do to repair it. Should i send it into OneWheel to do a tire replacement? Any risk of other issues? Is the scratched up Hub a concern?
