I guess my imagination isn't working properly and I'd need to see a photo of each color.
Here is the crappiest color edit I could make in 10 minutes. Sure, V1, but you get the idea.

All board sports are dangerous and OneWheels are no exception--they are generally faster than skateboards over the same terrain. The danger is in many ways what makes it fun. I appreciate your insight and words of caution, and respect that you are constantly getting back on the horse.
What I don't appreciate is your insistence of calling other people dumb-asses, jackasses, etc. and you seem to be getting angry over the fact that other users here have defined different risks and limits for themselves. Watching you post in this thread is like watching someone go through the stages of grief.
It's all gonna be okay, man. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I know there are some Casey Neistat fans out there.
I am aware of that dude and he annoys the frig out of me. Does that count?
Eh, my fenders look like I took a cheese grater to them and the corners of the frame are chowder. I just think of it as character.

@Gosha said in An honest review of the Plus vs. V1:
Finally got the + and fully tested it. Here's how it compares to V1:
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayy better ride! I have no idea who posted the "it's a subtle upgrade" comment a month ago here. It's not even comparable. Super stable, way faster and feels a lot more like an electric skateboard+onewheel. Carves are more solid, there's a lot less side to side jittering, acceleration is very smooth. Normally, I cruise at 13-15mph on V1. On the plus, it's around 18-19. I'm sure you can hit 25mph or more with this one. The deck somehow feels a lot bigger and more planted.
I agree with all of the above, although I have no idea what you're referring to with "side-to-side jittering"--I don't think I ever had that problem.
Now the negative part - it's A LOT less range. About 23-25% less. I kept a chart of all the rides I've done on V1. At 47F I get 6.4 miles on V1. On the + it's 4.7 miles.... Yes, you go a lot faster, but still.... 4 miles is Boosted Board range... Could be quite a bit longer.
I don't know about 25%, but I have noticed the range is a tiny bit less on my commute, maybe 1-2% less battery power when I get to work. I wonder if it's a side effect of your outdoor temperature? The new motor has better heat control, so maybe it's allowing the motor to cool down too much?
Also, it's not quiet like some people say. You can still hear and feel it, but quite a bit less so when going above 15mph. Pedestrians still turn around when you're coming up on them.
This is absolutely 100% not the case with mine. My + is like riding a ghost compared to the V1. The only time it really makes noise is over rough concrete or when I reverse there's a quick chatter.
What's your tire pressure?
Overall, a good way to describe the + is it's V1 with foot straps. After trying it out for a few hours, my V1 is now for sale, if anyone's interested.
:) I'm keeping my V1 with a fender on to commute and rainy days. The + is going to be the summer commuter and the trail rider. Ride safe out there.
Lol and I will call it "city juice". I'm always worried it will start eating through the board.
Be me.
Work in San Francisco.
Eat shit on the pavement near 4th & King.
Get city juice in body.
Develop super powers.
?????
Profit.
@The_Tim said in Anybody receive their patch yet?:
Anxiously awaiting to hear from the winner of the trip to Onewheel HQ that gets the purple patch.
My money is on one of us local folks. :P
Honestly hope it's someone far away. Santa Cruz is rad.
#725x. - just received shipment notification
@J-Glide Niiiiiiice.
Will be doing this around July. Wise to do at night ;)
Yes.
I got attacked by a black lab (of all dogs) who actually got a good chunk of the back of my thigh. This dog was sitting with about 6 other dogs under a table at a coffee shop without a leash and jumped out and bit me, covering a distance of about 15 feet in what felt like a second. I was going at a pretty good clip of 10-12 mph too. I had passed these dogs several times with not so much as a raised head. There was a little yapper dog freaking out that hadn't been in the pack before, maybe that set him off.

@Solaranlage said in Legalize it ... on the Streets of Austria:
Just had some correspondents with the first instance, a really helpful guy, and we found out that the easiest way would be to proof that there is another country in the EU or EWR that tollerates the Onweheel in it's laws.
Looks like Finland had a similar law come into effect on 1 Jan 2016...

Lots of rules about this, doesn't sound like much fun. Best of luck to you!
@goodblake-eskate I haven't been hassled yet, but take it with a grain of salt. I pick it up on the train platform but I haven't had any issues at shops or downtown areas with posted no skateboarding signs (e.g., ironically enough, Santa Cruz).
Did you ever get your +, man?
I recently found out there are actually NEMA 5-15 plugs under the seats of the train I ride.
