RE: Kickstarter Launched! Never Carry Your One Wheel Again
Had my credit card out, was ready to order, then $80 shipping to Australia!! seriously, so expensive, postage for a Carbon Fender to Australia is $10. just too expensive guys, great concept though, looks great. but $200+ Aussie dollars total, Tell em they're dreaming son!
RE: Noob Questionaire
You just add bolts to the bumpers to protect them, they go back on.
Basically the best place to learn is big flat areas like asphalt, but the constant scraping while learning tears the bumpers to shreds.
If you get the replacement set and fender, I suggest, adding bolts to one set learning on them and keeping the spare set stock.
RE: Are V2 Concave Pads backwards compatible to the V1?

For your stats.
- Yep bike paths mostly. To cross depends on the road but if it's multi lane and busy, I pick it up, but often it's fine to ride across.
- Yep Sidewalk is fine, if'its really busy like a bike you'll have a challenge.
- Always helmet, but for me that's it, I commute so no real chance of a speed fall, I just take it easy.
- usually just voice but if on the road and there's an oncoming vehicle I'll indicate turns with my arm so they don't wait necessarily..
