I have OW version1 and I carve the roads mainly around Honolulu , Ala Moana Park , Waikiki and Diamond Head areas. Concrete and grass are the best surfaces to keep a total control of the board. Off-road ( sand, roots, rocks...etc ) doesn't offer the same fluidity feeling than concrete and grass. everyone has his own way to get the most of his Onewheel.
But, if you find a good off-road, let me know!

Salut @eric et les amis Français,
Pour transporter les 25 livres de mon Onewheel (batterie morte et loin de chez moi, dans les centres commerciaux, etc.) mes bras et mon dos ne le supportent plus. J'ai donc imaginé un système simple, efficace et particulièrement «sans effort» pour transporter mon Onewheel. Voici une vidéo qui explique le système de transport.

To carry the 25 pounds of my Onewheel ( dead battery and far from home, in shopping centers, etc. ) my arms and my back do not support it any more. So I imagined a simple, efficient and especially "effortless" system to carry my Onewheel. Here is a video, which explains the transportation system.

I have done exactly what you did ( I forced to completely drop to zero the batteries). It reset the odometer to zero. But, more important: Now, the battery % shows in the app. is accurate.

Thanks again for sharing your experiences. Today, I will drain totally my batteries like you have done.......I will let you know if I will get the same result that you have had.
Resetting the odometer " not illegal ! " anyway it will increase the reselling value of my OW. Lol 😂

Salut les cousins Français, je suis un québécois qui a passé pas mal de temps, au cours des 30 dernières années, dans vos magnifiques Alpes à skier ⛷ tout les hors pistes possible des 3 Vallées, Paradis Ski, Espace Killy, Chamonix etc.
Maintenant, je vie à Hawaii et je voulais vous faire découvrir les fabuleuses " pistes Hawaïenne " Pas de remontée mécanique, juste un Onewheel..
