As my battery drains, the voltage reported by diagnostics drops. At below 40% battery, I can feel the power loss. By 35% battery, riding starts to become dangerous. The folks at Onewheel claim power loss is not an issue. Physics tells us that (power=voltage*current). Unless the current increases, how can the Owewheel folks claim that the power does not decrease as the voltage decreases? Both physics and experience tells me that it does.

Voltage drop as battery drains

RE: Nosedive on very low battery
@skyman88 Then calling it "extended range" is false advertising if it fails at 30%, correct? Love my Onewheel but this is a big point of frustration with them. They should admit the flaw and give us a refund, instead they just deflect.

RE: Status Codes
Not helpful. Status codes are in the settings, range into the 1000's, for instance mine is currently 14357.

RE: At 50% battery power xr slowed.
Should add, they told me I could send it in to be checked out. I told them it would be quicker and cheaper for me to just take it to the factory in Santa Cruz, but they insisted I could not do that. Next time I'm in Santa Cruz I plan to just drop in, seems like the only way I'll get the problem recognized in a timely manner.

RE: At 50% battery power xr slowed.
@holageorgia I've had the same issue when below 40%. Onewheel support was unable to give me any help other than "can you take a video of it happening"... "you mean me falling on my face?" I've just come to the realization that I can't ride safely at less than 40%, which is a shame since that's much less than the advertised range. I still love my board, but am frustrated with their inability to recognize the problem.

Status Codes
Is there somewhere I can find a list of status codes?
