Try ballistic motorcycle jacket and wrist/ knee guards. The jacket has elbow, shoulder and back protectors. It’s so easy and free fitting. They have vents for temperature adjustments

RE: My OneWhee XR is scheduled for delivery on my birthday
Ballistic motorcycle jacket with shoulder and elbow pads has made it much safer for me. Of course helmet and wrist guards too. I started in grass, then pavement. Once I got carves down I pushed too hard of carve on loose gravel and had first hard fall. No damage, but surprised how quickly it happened. I’m trying to liiit speed and focus on carves and turns. To me, that’s where the fun is. The risk is that one can get beyond their ability before fully realizing. Hence the jacket!
RE: riding in reverse most of the time?
@Rado I just got a OW notice on my phone that was warning me that only front sensor pad had pressure for 10 seconds while going over 5 mph. I was practicing long arcing turns and prob was lifting front heel enough for no pressure reading. I’m new, at 60 miles and was really cranking toeside arcs.
This happened going toeside toward the sensor (front plate) direction.
