Try to log out and log in again in the app. Did you reset your password?
@groovyruvy You‘re right, those values are reset when powercycling the board.
Download an app called ‚LightBlue‘ from the app store, open it and check if it finds any device with an id like ‚ow0xxxxx‘. If so, open the app and check if it works again.
It‘s a bug in the Bluetooth implementation in Android O which will be hopefully fixed soon.

@groovyruvy Yes, it‘s just for Apple. For Android you could try just any other BLE scanner app, let me know if such an app finds your board.
Try installing the „LightBlue“ app from the store, open it and see if finds a device with the name ow0xxxxx. Afterwards try to connect with the original app again. Hope that helps.
@Byromie left swipe on a track entry does it (like in the mail app ...). You‘re right, you need to have connection to the internet to record rides.
