i bought my onewheel last year. from the first time I've seen a video of a ow ride i get mad and wanted to buy one.
i did, and i was sure that in a short time a lot of people will do too.
but it didn't happen.
now is almost one year, and i can still tell that my ow xr is fantastic, is mind-blowing... but still... I'm the one riding it...
and without a company, a community... i feel a little strange.
I don't need to sell it, i ride it every time I have an opportunity.. but the "magic" is gone...i have no one to share...

@ifyoumustknow are you sure you push the on off switch with the board on the floor?if you switch it on in a different position it doesn't work

This is the firmware with the issue. It was tolerable before this last app update. I might have to send it back. I did open a case, but got no response. I guess I'll have to re-submit.4209 is the new firmware.
i had to send to FM to upgrade and now is perfect. -

@jebes250 check which hardware you got...if is the old one you must send to FM for upgrading

@Andersen142 riding a onewheel is an amazing feeling.is like a child dream come true.and with the xr battery...the only limit is in your legs ...
i spent a lot more of 1800 to get the same feelings snowboarding or kitesurfing.
so.. definitely yessss -

@someoneingermany of course ,i live in the capital city and the courier came directly to my house.after fm created the ticket i contacted the fedex office and they arranged everything .

i bought my xr from germany too.i am from Rome,Italy.i had the bluetooth issue from the beginning,weak connection.
after one month i contacted FM and they aknowledged the issue and proposed the ship of all the board.
they even created a ticket for the expedition (the cost of such expedition is about 250 eu)
but i preferred to send only the control board.easy to disassemble.
all the operation in about 2 weeks.now i have the new hardware control board.
the connection now is finally stable and i can also use my smartwatch onewheel app ,very nice indeed.
so for my experience i must give a big up to Future Motion.
is not easy to manage a service in europe from the u.s.a.
a compromise is necessary, i think.
anyway i hope they will open an official service here in europe.
this will be the perfect solution
