I ordered August 6th and just received my tracking number this afternoon. The similar sentiments made me feel validated and a little less crazy for the frustration i felt during the long delay. I love the product and after my first ride I knew I had to get one. Can't wait to get it on Tuesday. I appreciate all that FM has done and will do with this product, but for their sake I hope that they either hire someone or find someone within the business already who understands and can vastly improve their customer service. Best of luck to all those still waiting for any news on your delayed boards.
